Full Works were commissioned to carry out a two storey rear extension, single storey rear extension and a garage conversion into a double bedroom with en-suite.
Full Works took over the whole project management which included instructing architects and surveyors, whilst working closely with Building Control throughout. The project was completed on time and to budget.
Over an 18 week period, Full Works carried out a complete external new build of extensions, a knock-through to make an open plan kitchen/garden room with bespoke bi-folding doors, newly built a bespoke double bedroom with en-suite to the original garage and added a double storey rear extension with new master bedroom, walk-in dressing area, with a Juliette balcony.
During the build process, Full Works were asked to carry out a full interior refurbishment programme. Also, to the exterior of the building, Full Works changed every door and window to Irish oak, replaced all fixings with an ornate design, re-rendered in a soft cream and replaced all rainwater goods.
This project has been completed and consisted of the following:
The original staircase was removed and replaced with a new bespoke staircase and landing area. Every floor has been taken up and replaced with a new wood floor with the exception of the new kitchen/garden room that has had a new porcelain tiled floor laid. Every ceiling has been re-plastered, together with the installation of new lighting and downlights. Adaptations have been made to the downstairs cloakroom/entrance hall, bedrooms and toilets. The whole house has had brand new radiators, installation of a new boiler, along with a new water tank and a completely new heating system. We have also upgraded and changed the oven and hob. The whole property has been fully decorated and left in showroom condition.
Full Works have now been commissioned to carry out a side extension, a complete new block paved driveway, rear garden landscape with decking and patio area.
