To whom it may concern,
I have pleasure in supplying a reference for Fullworks property maintenance who have been looking after numerous sites for Rohmir (UK) Ltd. over the past 5 years.
Work range from simple leaks, plumbing, electrical works, painting and decorating of internal and external buildings to complete an installation of a semi-industrial boiler over 5 floors.
I am happy to recommend the high standard services of Fullworks.
‘CHESS Homeless’ is a charity operating in Chelmsford who specifically work with single homeless adults, in offering them an opportunity to regain control of their lives and settle back into main stream accommodation. We have seen an increase in the number of homeless people on our streets and have been fortunate enough to be able to purchase a grade 2 listed building for increasing the provision we offer to the homeless.
CHESS have begun the renovation programme and have engaged the services of Full Works in this. We have found the team to be polite, professional, friendly and flexible. Due to us having to get the facility up to speed as soon as possible we have had to have several ad- hoc meetings to update and progress works and even sometimes change the order of things, Full Works have always been very accommodating. They have also been generous to us by offering some items free of charge – as a charity this has been more than useful for us.
We would recommend Full Works as a company to work with you and have found their work, their team and their manner very accommodating.
I am more than happy to provide a reference on behalf of Full Works, this is a company I was recommended to some 8 years ago and in that time we have built and grown a very good relationship.
Paul Harris who runs the company is always at the end of his phone, his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Over the years the have done pre-planned works and reactive works to our main offices in London that consist of full refurbishment programmes, planned electrical works, a complete strip out and re-design along with the installation of a new disabled wet room.
We have built a very solid working relationship with Full Works over the years and I am more than happy to recommend them to other end users.
I first engaged Paul Harris to undertake my project back in February/March 2016. I did shop around to make an informed decision and selected Full Works on the basis of its previous projects delivered, its transparent pricing and the project management support that Full Works offer. I have not looked back since.
Paul is well organised and has planned everything to ensurer the detailed requirements are all factored in, ensuring that there have been no surprises both from a price and delivery perspective, something that I value highly. The staff and trade network employed buy Paul are highly skilled and experience, all providing a high standard of workmanship and finishing.
I would recommend Full Works as a reliable, high quality and trustworthy organisation for delivering commercial or domestic construction projects. If you would like to contact me to talk through my experience in more detail do not hesitate to contact me.
I am premises manager of a grade one listed, 29 acre private school so as you can imagine we have a number of contracts happening throughout the year, especially during the holiday times. The building dates back to the 17th century so heritage are constantly visiting site to inspect work that has been carried out to ensure that it is to the original specification.
Since the windows have been fitted we have had two visits from heritage and they are entirely happy with the work carried out. Full Works have now quoted for eleven bespoke windows which we are aiming to change in the summer.
I would recommend them not only for the work that they have carried out for Radnor House, but also because of other work that I went to inspect before i awarded them the contract.
I am the site manager at Maldon Primary School, which is currently undergoing a programme of refurbishment throughout the premises. As part of the site survey it was identified that both our staircases which are over 100 years old did not comply with H&S regulations and remedial action was required with recommendations that the wrought iron banisters be clad with flame retardant material in keeping with the building.
I am very happy to go on record to say that the project was completed on time and to a high quality finish. I should also add that the contractors comprising of carpenters plasterers and painters were fully compliant with all aspects of health and safety and were at all times helpful and courteous to our members of staff who were working in the school at the time.
I would not hesitate to engage the services of full works for our future and ongoing projects Our board of governors were extremely happy with the finished work as was I.
We invited Full Works Facilities Management Limited to tender for our contract after a recommendation from BAM FM, The original works were for our building, a grade 1 listed building in the middle of Bromley. Full Works Ltd were chosen as the principal contractor for the renovations due to their pro-active approach of the management when attending walk arounds and putting together a competitive tender based on our requirements.
We could not be happier with the way Full Works FM Ltd have worked through the whole process, while on site we have asked them to do somewhere in the region of an additional dozen jobs in our premises below from new access hatches, to painting and decoration, plumbing works and even pick up and removal works on our behalf so on and so forth.
They are a pro-active company with ‘on the ball’ management and nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly be asking Paul, and his team to carry out more works in the future.
