Full Works operates a comprehensive reactive and PPM maintenance solution for all its clients. Full Works Facilities Management covers everything from emergency call outs for floods/fire and insurance claims, to ad-hoc/one-off builders cleans. These are dedicated specialist mobile teams with years of experience in providing exactly what the client needs in their hour of need.
All staff at Full Works are vetted to the highest of standards and are picked to fit us as a company and what we expect in terms of experience and the initiative these people show when dealing with our customers. On the property management side of our business we employ staff who have a solid industry driven background, who can demonstrate to us proactiveness, passion for the role, great communication skills and leadership of a team. We only employ skilled craftsmen for our property management division. We are only as good as our staff so, investing heavily in on-going training, ensures we maintain this ethos.
Full Works has a dedicated project team consisting of surveyors and architects who work on property refurbishment and development. Currently, we are undertaking the refurbishment of a Grade 1 listed property. This property is of national importance and from start to finish will be a £3 million refurbishment. Full Works will oversee the whole development from start to finish including all negotiations with Conservation, local planning and English Heritage and will then carry out all works required.
All our electricians are NICEIC registered and our plumbers are all Gas Safe registered, as are any sub-contractors we work with. Our in-house maintenance staff are all skilled craftsmen from painters and decorators to roofers, carpenters and window fitters. Having worked on many Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings, residential and commercial, the value of skilled craftsmen doing the job efficiently and to the exact standards are the very least we expect in our working practice.

Specialist Building and Property Management
Full Works carries out full refurbishments to new and old properties, both residential and commercial. We have a dedicated team for office fit-outs along with the supply and fit of bespoke office “PODS” with sound proofing and, within house, our own architects, designers and planners. All our craftsmen are highly skilled in their fields and have years of experience.
Full Works undertake simple assignments such as painting and decorating, right up to a complete new build of a property, as well as full refurbishment of Grade 1 listed properties. Across the board, Full Works prides itself on open discussions with the client right from the initial meetings through the development and construction phases. Full Works has dedicated project managers assigned to each and every individual job providing the necessary expert advice and technical support.

We firmly believe that both our on-site and off-site Management and Supervisory teams are the driving force behind the delivery of a high quality service and a motivated workforce. That is why we carefully select all individuals to be employed at this level. Individuals are assessed for promotion through individual assessment and appraisals which are linked to operational performance, contract successes and ambition. In this way we can clearly demonstrate management incentives to ensure operational performance.
Not only do we endeavour to employ the best management teams, we also support them with the best available control and communications technology. The management structure is designed to give real authority to the operational managers and is geared to allowing flexibility in the contract management process.
We can only realise the potential of our employees through effective management support and Managers who are empowered to make decisions and who are available and on site in order to support our employees. Our centralised support solution for functions such as vetting, HR, Health and Safety and Payroll enable our management teams to provide this level of support.
We are also committed to providing an effective on site solution and a structure which maximises management support; we now ensure that we have a minimum of one Supervisor or Team Leader for every 5 employees. We support these personnel with simple task and check sheets and other simple but effective management tools that best suit the needs of our on-site people.
