Fullworks projects was pleased to partner with Highview on a multi-project framework agreement, delivering bespoke 60-minute loft fire barrier upgrades across a range of residential properties. These varied projects required meticulous planning and tailored designs to ensure effective fire safety enhancements in diverse building configurations.

A key element of these upgrades involved the construction of timber frames within the loft spaces. This was necessitated by the existing loft designs, providing a robust structure to correctly install our fire-rated barrier systems. The process included the careful removal of existing wooden soffits where necessary and the thorough firestopping of any breaches or penetrations within the roof space to maintain the integrity of the fire compartmentation.

Given that all properties were tenanted, meticulous and carefully calculated planning and execution were essential to minimise disruption to residents. Our teams worked diligently to coordinate access and complete the upgrades efficiently and with the utmost respect for the occupants.
