Project Details

Crossway Point Reading is owned by the Catalyst Housing Association and, as part of ongoing fire remediation works, we were appointed by the main contractor, Higgins Group, to replace 289 windows and doors.

All flats were occupied, and a careful programme had to be adhered to working with the Liaising Officer with the flexibility to make last minute changes if required.

Working to a very tight programme and working with multiple trades on the scaffold, the logistics of the site were challenging. All materials were stored off site and had to brought to site daily.
