Brief: Full reclad project including new cladding and render.

Lowry House is owned by the Catalyst Housing association and as part of ongoing fire remediation works, we were appointed by the main contractor Higgins for replacement external façade – cladding and render with all the infill components.

All flats were occupied, and a careful programme had to be adhered to working with the liaising officer with the flexibility to make last minute changes if required.

Working to a very tight programme and working with multiple trades on the scaffold the logistics of the site was very difficult. All materials were stored off site and had to brought to site daily.
